Two man of the house named Savey and Smarty.

Savey believes in saving money. He believes that it’s better to save money first, and then later on buy a house in cash.

Smarty on the other hand also believes in saving money. But unlike Savey, Smarty also believes in investing.

One day Savey and Smarty browse around the Internet looking for a house. Savey and Smarty both works at Makati, has a family of two kids, and earning approximately the same pay grade.

Savey stumbled upon a nice rental property while surfing the web, a nice spacious house good enough for a family of four, 2 bedroom, and a car garage in nearby Cavite area. Savey immediately contacted the rental property. After some inspections, decided to get the place for P10, 000/mo.

Smarty, while searching the net also stumbled upon a nice 3-bedroom house with parking in nearby Cavite area. But unlike Savey, Smarty is looking for a brand new house and lot for sale. The house is worth P1Million. Smarty immediately contacted the agent (cavitehomes) and scheduled for a tripping. Smarty liked the place and immediately reserved for a unit.
